Our website offers a unique opportunity for individuals to sell their own products easily and securely. To ensure a smooth shopping experience and ensure that customers receive their ordered products on time, a smooth delivery process is of paramount importance. That's why we have created clear instructions for sellers on how to handle delivery.
When the buyer places an order and pays for the product, the seller receives the payment in his/her account. From this moment the delivery obligation begins. The seller must ship the product within three (3) business days after the payment has been received. This deadline is an important part of reliable trading, and it ensures that customers receive their products quickly and that our marketplace maintains a high level of service.
Delivery is made by the seller's chosen shipping service. We recommend using reliable and trackable delivery methods, such as Posti, Matkahuolto, PostNord or similar services that offer a tracking code. The tracking code should be added to the system as soon as the shipment is made so that the buyer can track the progress of the package. This increases trust and reduces customer service inquiries.
The product should be packaged carefully. Make sure the packaging protects the product during transport, especially if it is a delicate or easily breakable item. If necessary, use cushioning, boxes or envelopes that can withstand the rigors of transport. Careful packaging not only protects the product, but also gives the buyer a professional impression.
If delivery is delayed, the seller must immediately notify customer service. If the product has not been shipped within three business days, the transaction may be canceled (unless otherwise stated) and the buyer will be refunded. Repeated delays may result in the restriction or removal of the right to sell. Our goal is to maintain a fair and functioning trading environment where both buyers and sellers can trust each other.
Please remember that delivery insurance also covers products from private sellers. If the product is damaged during transport, the buyer may be able to receive compensation through delivery insurance. However, this does not remove the seller's responsibility to package the product appropriately. Delivery insurance does not cover damage caused by careless packaging.
