That is why we offer our customers the opportunity to add shipping protection to their order, which also covers products sold by third parties.

Shipping protection ensures that if a product is damaged during shipping, you will receive a full refund of the product price – regardless of whether the seller was our website administrator or an individual user. This means that if the package gets damaged, gets wet or the product breaks during shipping, shipping protection will come into effect and we will reimburse the product price quickly and easily. You don't have to clarify the matter directly with the seller or wait for the shipping company's decisions – we will take care of it for you.

Shipping protection costs a flat rate of €5 per order. This small additional cost adds significant protection, especially when ordering from individual sellers whose packaging methods may vary. Protection is optional, but we recommend that you keep it – it's a small investment that can save you a lot of hassle.

If you find that your product has been damaged during delivery, simply contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged product and packaging and we will process your claim quickly. You can choose whether you want a replacement product (if available) or a refund – the decision is yours. The process has been made as easy as possible so you don’t have to stress or spend time figuring things out.
